Aroma Ambiance Perfumes LLC” maintains the https://aroma-247.com Website (“Site”).

“United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law.

“Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE”

‘’Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment’’

‘’The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency”.

Buying Products

When you buy product through our website, you agree to pay the price listed for the product. You must provide accurate details that will help us to fulfill the order. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation from our side.  AROMA 24/7 reserves the right to cancel the order, without citing a reason.

Make sure that you enter accurate billing and shipping details include VAT information, if any.  If there are errors in address and a shipment gets returned, additional shipping charges may have to borne by the shopper for fulfillment of the order placed.

The price featured on the website is all in Arab Emirate Dirhams. UAE VAT will be added on checkout. Prices exclude duties, taxes or any other charges imposed by governments or third parties if the product needs to be shipped outside UAE and should be borne by the shopper.

Shipping Policy
The shipments are carried out by third party shipping agencies.  Upon receipt of your product, you may be asked to sign delivery receipt as a proof of delivery. We may not be able to ship to certain courtiers due to governmental policies of UAE as well as destination countries.  Please check with us to see if your country can not receive shipments from UAE.

We deliver our Products within UAE only. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.
Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 3 – 4 working days . UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED: 10, unless specified on the checkout page. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

Cancellation of orders placed

Customer can cancel their order within 12 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Discounts & Coupons

Promotion codes must be used in accordance with their specific terms and conditions, and are only valid until the stated expiration date. They can only be used once and cannot be redeemed for cash. Additionally, they cannot be combined with any other offers, sales, or promotions. AROMA 24/7 reserves the right to withdraw or change the duration or value of promotions at any time, without notice. 

REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Returns
AROMA 24/7 accepts returns on conditions that the product is returned within 10 days of receipt of shipment. The returned product should have original packing and should not have any physical damages. The cost of return shipment should be borne by the customer. Refund of the payment will be processed upon receipt of the returned product to the original mode of payment.

Products that are damaged during transit should be immediately reported through email (info@aroma-247.com) .  Claims reported within 24 hours of the shipment only will be honored and a proof of damaged shipment (photo / video) may have to be submitted to us for verification.

It is very important to note that no returns apply to Aroma oils, except in the case of damaged shipment.

All warranties are back to base basis. Shipment costs should be borne by the customer in all cases.

Privacy

Aroma 24/7 respects the privacy of its customers and their data. We will not sell or share any information of its customers to third parties, except what is required to fulfill the orders, for eg. shipping agency.

All information related to credit card, bank or other financial information will not be shared with third parties.

The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
